Do You Accept Returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

– The item must have been sold on our online store

– The item should not be damaged or washed

– the return or exchange request is made within 30 days of
delivery

– the return is at your own expense

-Underwear items once purchased, cannot be returned. 

To ask for a return, please contact our support using our
helpdesk.

In the event the item is incorrect or defective, we will send the correct item at our cost. If the item has a defect we will gladly refund. 

Can I Exchange An Item?

Yes you can but shipping will be for your
account.  The shipping will be at your cost.  You can also
return your order via any courier of your choice.

How Long Does It Take To Process A Return?

Once your return is accepted. The reimbursement, exchange or credit will be immediate.
