Do You Accept Returns?

– The item must have been sold on our online store.

– Please note item will not be accepted when tags are not attached.

– The item should not be damaged or washed.

– In the event the item is incorrect or defective we will immediately refund or send the correct item at our cost.

– The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.

– If you would like to return an item we will process a refund upon return of the item. There is no admin fee for the return.
Kindly not all returns and exchanges is at your own cost.

In the event the item is incorrect or defective, we will send the correct item at our cost. If the item has a defect we will gladly refund. 

Can I Exchange An Item?

Yes you can but shipping will be for your
account.  The shipping will be at your cost.  You can also
return your order via any courier of your choice.

How Long Does It Take To Process A Return?

Once your return is accepted. The reimbursement may take up to 2-3 Business days.
