What is the delivery fee?

You can purchase as many products as you wish and the delivery fee will only be R60. We deliver anywhere in South Africa using Courier Guy.

 

What about International Orders?

For orders placed outside of South Africa delivery fee will be calculated on checkout page. We use DHL to deliver International Orders and delivery is 3-10 working days to your door.

 

How Long Does it Take To Ship My Order?

Once you have placed your order we will immediately process your order and you can expect delivery in 3-5 Working Days.

 

How Can I Track My Package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order is packed you will receive an email with a link to track your order. Please allow a few hours before tracking as the courier company will only update your order that evening. Thereafter you can track your order. The courier company will also send an OTP number to your mobile phone before delivering. The driver will require the OTP number so that the package is handed over to the correct person. If you are unavailable to collect your order just let the person whose collecting on your behalf know the OTP number.
